Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan headed the ministerial committee delegation of the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit which on Wednesday discussed developments in the Gaza Strip.
Held in Amman, Jordan, the meeting reviewed efforts to support the recognition of the Palestinian state and the urgent need to implement the two-state solution in accordance with the Arab Peace Initiative.
It was attended by Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, and Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Palestine Mohammed Mustafa, along with other officials.
